Mike manages nine utility programs for Evergreen Consulting Group, specializing in small utility programs in Oregon and Washington. In addition, he functions as operations manager for a Pacific Northwest lighting program and oversees energy efficiency programs for multifamily properties in Oregon.

A utility industry veteran, Mike brings deep management, marketing and customer service experiences to help Evergreen serve utilities, trade allies, and their customers. During a 40+ year career mainly in the energy field, Mike worked for Portland General Electric (PGE) as well as the City of Portland. At PGE, he held a range of management, marketing, customer service, and technical positions, including his most recent as senior key customer manager/senior energy specialist. He also functioned as a program manager and acting director of the City of Portland’s Energy Office.

A muscle car buff, Mike is co-director of the Rockin’ Round the Block Car Show in Gresham, Oregon, which raises scholarship funds for the automotive program at Mt. Hood Community College. He splits his time between homes in Gresham and Ocean Park, Washington, and enjoys home projects and working with stained glass.
