Senior Operations Coordinator

Eileen is Evergreen’s senior operations coordinator, managing new employee onboarding, and all aspects of internal team connection and communication.  Working closely with the executive team, she oversees internal employee events, facilititates team-building for new employee cohorts, coordinates all travel, and takes on countless special projects.

Before joining Evergreen Consulting Group, Eileen was an asset management administrator for Ellenburg Capital Corporation, as well as an assistant to the Executive Vice President of Operations for a property acquisition firm in Houston, Texas. Originally from Rochester, New York, she has experience in hotel management and holds an associate’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from SUNY Canton.
