Phoebe Dineen

Phoebe is responsible for the seamless operation of all internal systems, processes and policies to support Evergreen Consulting Group’s mission and clients. From human resources to information technology, she keeps people and systems working effectively and efficiently.

She has over 25 years of human resource and business management experience. Prior to joining Evergreen, Phoebe worked as a human resources and organizational consultant, where she designed human resource policies and procedures for an array of small to medium-sized businesses. Her background includes positions with diverse industries, from manufacturing to healthcare, and organizations both regional and national. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Institute, and is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also a Certified Professional in organizational development. Phoebe has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.

Originally from San Francisco, Phoebe’s career brought her to Portland in 1997. She enjoys spending time with her three grown daughters, any outdoor activity from camping to rafting, and cooking and entertaining in her Beaverton home.
