Scott provides support across all contracts including but not limited to assisting with measure development, cost-effectiveness calculations, contract compliance, and Lighting Tool development coordination. He joined Evergreen Consulting Group in 2010.

With more than 26 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, Scott began his career as a maintenance engineer, where he gained a real-world understanding of building systems and energy efficiency measures. His background includes positions as independent resource conservation consultant, a technical energy engineering manager and senior program manager for the several multimillion dollar Energy Services Performance Contracts. He has a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation from the Association of Energy Engineers and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Scott has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Washington State University.

Scott is a fan of model trains, and enjoys traveling and riding his bike.
