Business Development Manager
Highly attuned to technology and program trends, Carly helps the Evergreen leadership team identify new client and market opportunities. As an active listener, nimble thinker and decisive manager, she builds on internal resources to expand client services and professional relationships. Carly synthesizes market data and applies it to proposal development, sales and marketing, ensuring that Evergreen continuously supports client growth and success.
In her previous roles at Waypoint Energy and ICF, Carly carried out program management, marketing and business development focused on energy efficiency, decarbonization initiatives and market transformation. She designed and implemented strategies for utilities, commercial real estate, government agencies and non-governmental organizations that engaged thousands of manufacturers, end-users, property owners and managers, retailers, and utilities in more than 25 programs.
After completing her degree from the University of Maryland and working in the eastern U.S. for several years, Carly migrated west and now lives in Colorado. On weekends, you’re likely to find her rock climbing, hiking or joining friends in other outdoor pursuits. An animal lover, she enjoys finding new sweaters for Earl, her Whippet, and volunteering at a horse sanctuary.
