As senior program manager, Charlotte designs, implements, manages and continuously improves energy efficiency programs to meet and exceed client goals. She also performs research, develops strategic initiatives that increase valued products and services, and supports program start-ups and delivery.

Before joining Evergreen in 2011, she worked for the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in Boston in the renewable energy division. Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from Portland State University, earning her bachelor’s degree in political science. She also completed a focused study in political science/environmental policy at the University of Hawaii–Manoa.

Charlotte lives in the beautiful Willamette Valley with her husband and son and spends precious free time poorly managing a garden or exploring one of many local wineries.
