As program manager, Charlotte designs, implements, manages and continuously improves energy efficiency programs to meet and exceed goals for clients. She also performs research and develops strategic initiatives that increase valued products and services.
Charlotte came to Evergreen in 2011 from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in Boston where she was a project coordinator with the renewable energy division. For the Commonwealth Solar Initiative her team approved more than $70 million in rebate awards in just over two years. As the public interface for the state’s renewable energy programs, Charlotte gained invaluable experience working directly with utility customers, policy makers, clients, industry stakeholders and the Department of Energy Resources. Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from Portland State University earning her bachelor’s degree in political science. She also completed a focused study in political science/environmental policy at the University of Hawaii–Manoa.
