Emily supports the execution of Evergreen’s client engagement strategies. She develops strong relationships with Evergreen’s partners and helps identify and implement solutions that will assist clients. With over ten years in the energy efficiency industry and over 20 years in business, Emily has extensive business development and partnership experience in both commercial and residential markets.

Prior to joining Evergreen in 2020, Emily served as vice president of Waypoint Building Company where she helped the energy efficiency division develop strategic plans for client growth, executed innovative market outreach and engagement programs and managed stakeholder relationships. While at ICF, she was responsible for overall account management, sales, and strategic leadership for commercial energy efficiency programs nationwide. She holds a bachelor’s degree in fisheries and wildlife from Michigan State University, and an MBA in finance and organizational behavior from Marylhurst University.

In Emily’s spare time she loves fishing, gardening, camping and playing with her two young sons and the animals on her small urban farm in Portland.
