Hianna develops, writes and reviews online learning courses for Evergreen iQ’s eLearning platform. In addition to her strong writing and project management skills, she has a decade of experience working with municipal public utilities in both content creation and customer service.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Hianna worked at Choptank Electric Cooperative in Maryland, producing digital and traditional media for more than 45,000 members monthly. Her professional experience is backed by her educational accomplishments. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, and recently earned a master’s degree in learning design to hone her ability to inform and motivate audience behavior.

In her spare time, Hianna enjoys camping with her family, boating, and drawing as well as listening to podcasts on a variety of topics.
