Josh supports, trains, and assists trade allies to successfully propose, sell, and complete energy-efficient commercial and industrial lighting projects. Additionally, he builds relationships between contractors, building owners, and utilities in Northern California to increase participation and energy savings. Previously, as a residential building contractor, Josh served customers by incorporating energy efficiency into his building projects.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Josh worked as a general contractor providing design building and renovation services in Southern Oregon for over 20 years. After graduating from South Medford High School, Josh joined the U.S. Marine Corps. As a combat engineer, he built medical clinics around the world. After serving for six years, Josh worked in Nevada as a framing contractor, a project manager, and a superintendent for residential and commercial projects.

Josh moved back to Southern Oregon in 2002, where he lives with his wife and chocolate lab. Josh enjoys various outdoor activities, including snow skiing and wake surfing.
