Lance works with electric utility energy efficiency programs to engage trade allies and others in incentive programs. He supports and trains trade allies in all aspects of a lighting project from the initial lighting audit and analysis to the customer proposal.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Lance joined Evergreen Consulting Group in July 2012. He spent several years in outside sales for Eoff Electric in Southwest Washington, where he assisted electrical contractors with lighting design, including controls and value engineering options. His background as an inside and outside sales representative for electrical contractors allows him to assist trade allies in meeting goals and completing customer projects. Lance has an associate degree from Portland Community College.

Raised in Paradise, California, he makes his home in Richland, Washington. An all-season sports fan, this son of the Golden State is proud to be a fair-weather gardener.
