Scott Mayfield

Residential Field Specialist

As a residential field specialist, Scott supports utilities, trade allies and consumers in central and eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and western Montana. He provides outreach, education and training about utility incentive programs, building envelopes, HVAC systems, water heating, lighting, appliances and behavioral energy use.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Scott was a trusted energy advisor at Kootenai Electric Cooperative where he was the energy services program administrator for the utility’s industrial, commercial and residential energy efficiency programs. Scott also worked at a private lighting retrofit company as an account executive responsible for identifying, developing and selling lighting retrofit projects.

He has a bachelor’s degree in geography with a minor in urban and regional planning and has completed additional studies in political science.

In his spare time, Scott can be found outside exploring known and unknown portions of the Pacific Northwest.
