Kandis Bray is Evergreen Consulting Group’s Central Oregon field specialist working with trade allies, customers, and utilities on commercial, industrial, and multifamily lighting and HVAC projects. In addition to her work as a field specialist, Kandis works across multiple contracts at Evergreen as a project manager, working on program design and implementation, controlled environmental agriculture (CEA), electric vehicle (EV) programs, and market awareness initiatives. Kandis is a key player on the DTE contract supporting the Greenhouse Community Grow Pilot.

As the third generation in a lighting industry family, Kandis’ grandfather established United Lamp Supply in Tacoma, Washington in 1968. After graduating college, Kandis began her career in energy efficiency as a lighting specialist working for the family business. She joined Evergreen in 2011. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in business.

In her spare time, Kandis collects vintage fixtures, light bulbs, old lighting advertisements and antique exit signs. She is also an avid music fan and motorcycle enthusiast.
