As a field specialist, Mike supports the utilities and contractors in southern and central Oregon, including the coast and central valley areas. Before joining the team, Mike worked as a general contractor focusing on energy efficiency, retrofit construction products, and home remodeling. Mike worked through many different contractor roles from conception to completion. He has been with residential energy efficiency companies primarily in the solar, new window and door replacement, roofing and painting as a technician, installer, site assessor and field crew manager.

Mike holds several certifications, including CSLB general contractor, OSHA 30, CPR, Ahern heavy machinery, Hilti heavy tool, and an HVAC technical school.

Raised on the beaches of southern California, Mike likes to surf, skateboard, kayak, paddleboard and enjoys bonfires with friends and family. In addition, he likes to have adventures with his dog Maggie in the forest, the mountains, and on beaches. Mike’s family includes a wife, a daughter, and two dogs.
